Relocation Consultancy
Our consultancy service is designed to make your move to the Azores as easy and transparrant as possible. Tap into our knowledge in order to make the right decisions for you and your family.
From discovering what part of the island is best suited for you, navigating legal and administrative paperwork to connecting you with trusted contacts for logistics, medical, mortage, or insurance needs, we handle the details so you can focus on the excitement of your new life.
If you can’t be on the island in person, we can represent you through power of attorney, ensuring every step is handled efficiently and professionally.
Price
We work on an all inclusive consultation fee of €1.950 (VAT included).

Buying your new home.
As your Buyer’s Agent, we are your eyes, ears, and voice in the Azores property market. We curate property listings that fit your goals, plan and attend viewings. Our team conducts legal checks, negotiates the best terms on your behalf, and provides the needed legal support to safeguard your purchase. Use our local knowledge to help you make confident decisions and secure your ideal property. For complete convenience, we can also act on your behalf through power of attorney saving you costly trips to the island while you are away.
Price
We work on a 2.5% commission of the purchase price with a maximum fee of €5.000.
We request an initial deposit of €1,250 (VAT included), which is deducted upon successful completion of your purchase.

We work on a 5% commission of the purchase price.
