The Casita
The Casita is built in the traditional style of Santa Maria, with a characteristic, long chimney and pretty gabled roof, typical of the traditional homes dotted across the island. Natural exposed stone and wood, both sustainable and recycled, are used throughout the Casita creating an ambience of fresh modernity.
Its unique position, high on the hill, offers one of the most spectacular views of the entire island, its coast and the ocean beyond.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets while enjoying lots of outside space with sunbeds to lounge on, a gazebo for when you want to chill out at any time of day and a barbecue - you even have your own vegetable garden. Being directly next to our private protected forest, means you can easily enjoy the special natural world of the island, relax and unwind.
Cozy bedroom
A separate bedroom features a circular bath, where you can relax tired muscles after a long day sightseeing, walking or water skiing.
A separate bathroom has a shower, Japanese toilet and stone wash basin. Here you can enjoy all the comforts of stylish home-away-from-home.
Kitchen & living space
Enjoy the comfort of a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, which includes a kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, oven, fridge and microwave. Serene bohemian style pervades the entire house with elegant teak furniture and there’s a stylish and comfy sofa to chill out on in the evening. With underfloor heating, cool nights still mean warm ones.
